I work at SemiQon as Lead of Quantum Device Fabrication and I am located at the Micronova facility in Espoo, Finland.
In the EquSpace project, I will be driving and supervising the fabrication lots to meet agreed project deliverables.
MSc. Antti Kanniainen
I'm completing my PhD and have begun working as a postdoctoral researcher on this project, shared between SemiQon and the Hybrid Quantum Technologies in Silicon group at the University of Jyväskylä. I specialize in measuring and characterizing our quantum dot devices, aiming to advance our understanding of their electrical and quantum properties through precision experiments and device diagnostics.
