Dr. Nico Klingner

At one of the largest ion beam centers in the world at HZDR in Dresden,
Germany, I am responsible for focused ion beam (FIB) implantation.

I lead the local team and drive the technology required to place
individual donors in Si-28, laying the foundation for Equspace.


Dr. Gregor Hlawacek

I am group leader of the ion induced nanostructures group at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf and responsible for the gas field ion source (GFIS) focused beam (FIB) based tasks in EquSpace.
